Sweet and Sour chicken aka: Russian Chicken

Chicken tenders or breasts cut up.
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot jam
1 package onion sop mix
Mix and bake at 350 for 30-40 min. Add 1 hour if frozen.
Serve over rice.
(we like brown rice, but for this my husband prefers white).
This is very kid friendly too!
