Teriyaki Chicken (or you can use salmon)

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. soy sauce
8 tsp. sesame oil
4 minced garlic cloves
5 chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice, and roasted broccoli. Shelled edamame looks pretty sprinkled over salmon --I think it would be good with chicken too.

From frozen: Thaw and then bake as suggested above
