Fiesta Chicken

1.5 lbs chicken breasts or tenders
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup fresh salsa
1 Tbs chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Assembly: Add all ingredients to a zip lock bag.
To Serve: Cook on low in crock pot until chicken is completely cooked (4-6 hours, depending on your crock pot). Shred or chop chicken. Serve over flour tortillas topped with cheese and sour cream.
